Fifty-Third Sitting of the Justice and Administration Committee

At the sitting held on 22 June, the members of the Justice and Administration Committee considered the Bill on Court Experts on the particulars.



At the sitting held on 22 June, the members of the Justice and Administration Committee considered the Bill on Court Experts on the particulars.

A total of 44 amendments had been submitted to the Bill. The Government and the Committee accepted 16 of the amendments, and the Committee submitted an amendment of its own to article 6 of the Bill.

The Committee members went on to grant consent, by a majority of votes, to the Proposal of the Decision amending and modifying the Rulebook on Internal Organisation and Job Systematisation at the Anti-Corruption Agency Support Service redistributing the titles of advisor and independent advisor in the prevention sector which does not require additional funds.

The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Bosko Ristic.
