Fifty-Eighth Sitting of the Justice and Administration Committee
At the sitting held on 22 October, the Justice and Administration Committee considered the Bill amending and modifying the Criminal Procedure Code, on the particulars.
At the sitting held on 22 October, the Justice and Administration Committee considered the Bill amending and modifying the Criminal Procedure Code, on the particulars.
The Committee considered the 14 amendments submitted to the Bill and ruled to propose that the National Assembly accept two of the amendments, submitted by LDP deputies and accepted by the Government.
Considering the content of the accepted amendments, the Justice and Administration Committee submitted an amendment of its own to change the title of the Bill into Bill amending the Criminal Procedure Code.
