Fifth Sitting of the Committee on Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy
At the sitting held on 23 February 2023, the members of the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy considered the Ministry of Domestic and Foreign Trade Activity Information for the period 22 October – 31 December 2022 and the Bill amending the Law on Central Register of Real Owners, submitted by the Government, in principle.
The Ministry of Domestic and Foreign Trade Activity Information for the period 22 October – 31 December 2022 was presented by Minister of Domestic and Foreign Trade Tomislav Momirovic, which was then accepted by majority vote, after a discussion.
The Committee members went on to consider, in principle, the Bill amending the Law on Central Register of Real Owners, presented by Assistant Minister of Economy Dusan Vuckovic, as representative of the submitter.
The Committee accepted the Bill, in principle, by majority vote.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman MA Dejan Radenkovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dr Zivan Bajic, Zoran Tomic, Veroljub Arsic, Tijana Davidovac, Ugljesa Markovic, Zoran Sandic, Miodrag Gavrilovic, Zoran Zecevic, Nikola Nesic, Vojislav Vujic, MA Ninoslav Eric and Dr Aleksandra Tomic.
