The Fifth Extraordinary Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2003 was scheduled to begin on Tuesday 25 February at 10 a.m., at the request of a group of 102 Deputies. The following agenda was set for the sitting:
1. Election of Deputies to the Parliament of Serbia and Montenegro.
By a majority vote, the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia adopted a Decision stating that candidates from the Unified List had been elected to the Parliament of Serbia and Montenegro.
