The Committee ascertained that the resignation of MPs Marija Lekovic, Aleksandar Sapic and Aleksandra Camagic, elected from the ALEKSANDAR SAPIC – VICTORY FOR SERBIA Electoral List, falls within the situation set out in article 88, paragraph 1, item 2 of the Law on Election of MPs according to which resignation is listed as a reason for the termination of an MP’s term of office before the expiry of the term they were elected for, thus proposing that the National Assembly note the termination of the abovementioned MPs’ term of office. This enables the election of new MPs by allocation of terms of office to another candidate from the abovementioned electoral list.

The Committee proceeded to adopt the Decision on the seating arrangements of the MPs and other persons at the Grand Hall of the National Assembly House, presented to the Committee members by National Assembly Secretary General Veljko Odalovic.

The Committee also adopted the Decision on the recruitment of consultants in the National Assembly parliamentary groups.
