She said at the Serbian Chamber of Commerce (PKS) at the presentation of a new digital service to support companies in business improvement, the Inover (Inno Verse) platform based on artificial intelligence, that she will also work to bring the Serbian Assembly as close as possible to the economy.

"I will try, together with everyone in the Serbian Assembly, all the MPs, relevant working bodies, committees, parliamentary delegations, to build a better and stronger bridge to the economy and to open the doors of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia for our economy, both for foreign investors, and much further and more significantly for the domestic economy, for our micro, small, medium-sized enterprises and family firms," Brnabic said.

As she emphasised, the goal is to contribute to the growth, development and strengthening of Serbia in rather complex times and challenging circumstances.

In PKS today, Brnabic was given a special award for exceptional contribution to the digital transformation and development of the ICT sector of the Serbian economy by the president of that business association, Marko Cadez.

On the occasion, Cadez said that he personally highly appreciates Ana Brnabic and everything she has done for the Serbian economy as a whole.

He said that until eight years ago, almost no one understood what she wanted, that is, what it means to pay without a stamp, how to register and pay taxes via computer, but today we have increased the export of software from Serbia tenfold.

Cadez stressed that today the vision of Serbia has changed and that we have gone from a country that creates problems, that is, from the perception of a bad region, to becoming the leading digital destination of the entire continent.

"It would not be possible without Ana, her team and her energy, and I hope that she would continue in the same vein," said the first man of the PKS.

He added that he expects that Serbia will have suitable laws in its legislation that will enable an even more digital, faster and innovative Serbia.

"Ana, thank you for everything and thank you above all for a wonderful friendship. This is not an award for life's work and don't take it that way," said Cadez to Brnabic when giving her the award.

A new digital service for supporting companies’ efforts in business improvement, the Inover (Inno Verse) platform, based on artificial intelligence, was presented at PKS today.

That platform, as it was said, helps companies in business dealings by using the most modern technologies and implementing innovations.

It was also emphasised that this new digital platform is intended to connect not only companies and startups, but scientific and research institutions and the academic community as well with the aim of creating new projects and jobs, exchanging ideas and innovations, and their application in practice.
