95th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 20 March, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues discussed the amendments submitted to the Bill on Restrictions on Disposal of Property with the Aim of Preventing Terrorism, Bill amending and modifying the Customs Law and the Bill on Use of Guide Dogs.


To the Bill on Restrictions on Disposal of Property with the Aim of Preventing Terrorism, the MPs had submitted 19 amendments. The Committee found them all, except for the amendment submitted to Article 20 of the Bill, compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The MPs had submitted five amendments to the Bill amending and modifying the Customs Law. The Committee found them all compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee also found all of the 10 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill on Use of Guide Dogs compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
In addition to the Committee members, the sitting was also attended by representatives of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veteran and Social Affairs.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
