85th session of the Legislative Committee

At its eighty-fifth session, held on 15 July, the Legislative Committee assessed amendments submitted by the Committee on Labour, Ex-Servicemen’s and Social Issues to the Bill Amending and Modifying the Labour Act as legally possible.


At its eighty-fifth session, held on 15 July, the Legislative Committee assessed amendments submitted by the Committee on Labour, Ex-Servicemen’s and Social Issues to the Bill Amending and Modifying the Labour Act as legally possible.

The Committee also assessed as legally possible the Bill Amending and Modifying the Budget System Act, proposed by the Government of the Republic of Serbia, the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on the Budget of the Republic of Serbia for 2005, with its proposals of decisions giving consent to amendments to 2005 financial plans of the Republic Funds for pension and disability Insurance of employees, farmers and private entrepreneurs, of the Republic Health Insurance Agency and the National Employment Service, proposed by the Government of the Republic of Serbia. The Committee also discussed amendments submitted to the Bill.

The Committee revised the text of the Customs Tariff Bill from a legal and technical standpoint.

The session was attended by the chairperson of the Committee on Labour, Ex-Servicemen’s and Social Issues, Ivana Kovacevic, as well as by officials of the Ministry of Finance.
