84th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 12 February, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the amendment submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Maritime Navigation by the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications.
The Committee found both the amendments compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
