80th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 30 January, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues discussed, in principle, the Bill amending the Law on Ministries, Bill on Deposit Insurance, Bill on Bankruptcy and Liquidation of Banks and Insurance Companies, Bill on Deposit Insurance Agency and the Bill amending and modifying the Public Procurement Law, submitted by the Government. The Committee members also discussed, in principle, the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the National Bank of Serbia and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Banks, submitted by the National Bank of Serbia.
The sitting was attended by Assistant Minister of Finance Zlatko Milikic, Head of the National Bank of Serbia Legal Affairs Directorate Bojan Terzic and Deputy Head of the National Bank of Serbia Legal Affairs Directorate Dejan Devic.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
