74th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 21 January, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues reviewed the amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Public Notary Service, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Real Estate Trade, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Extra-Judicial Proceedings, Bill amending and modifying the Family Law and the Bill amending and modifying the Inheritance Law.
The Committee found all the amendments submitted by the MPs, as well as those submitted by the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government, compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Justice.
