The Committee members found the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Public Notary Service, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Real Estate Trade, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Extra-Judicial Proceedings, Bill amending and modifying the Family Law, Bill amending and modifying the Inheritance Law and the Bill amending the Law on Organization and Jurisdiction of Government Authorities in War Crimes Proceedings, submitted by the Government, compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
