71st Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 15 January, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the three bills on the agenda for the First Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2015.


The Committee members found the Bill amending and modifying the Company Law, Bill amending the Law on the Republic of Serbia Development Fund and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Privileged Buyer Loan Agreement for stage two of the package project Kostolac–B Power Plant Project between the Government of the Republic of Serbia, represented by the Ministry of Finance, as Borrower and the Chinese Export-Import Bank as Creditor, submitted by the Government, compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
