6th session of the Committee on Urban Planning and Construction
The sixth session of the Committee on Urban Planning and Construction, held on 12 May 2004, saw the discussion of the Reply of the Ministry of Capital Investments to the Conclusions of the Committee of 30 March and 28 April 2004, regarding the activities of the Serbian Chamber of Engineers.

The Committee’s session was attended by the deputy Minister of Capital Investments, Professor Rajko Korica, who gave details of the Ministry’s Reply ruling that the activities of the Serbian Chamber of Engineers were illegal.
The Committee resolved to ask the Ministry of Capital Investments to repeal the Articles of Association of the Serbian Chamber of Engineers.
The session was chaired by the Committee’s chairman, Radojko Obradovic.
The next session was convened for 2 p.m. on Wednesday 19 May 2004.
