60th Sitting of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications

At the sitting held on 28 February, the members of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications considered the Bill on the Confirmation of Annex 1 of the Agreement on Economic and Technological Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Maja Matija Ristic, representative of the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure, explained that the Annex 1 of the Agreement on Economic and Technological Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan needed to be signed in view of the excellent cooperation with the Republic of Azerbaijan and the need to continue deepening the relationship and developing the public transport infrastructure, communal infrastructure and others projects.

Following the explanation the Committee members decided to accept the Bill on the Confirmation of Annex 1 of the Agreement on Economic and Technological Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The Committee proceeded to consider the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure activity information for the period July - September 2019 and October – December 2019.

Ristic informed the Committee on the projects realized and commenced during the two trimesters. Following a brief discussion, the Committee accepted the activity information for the said trimesters.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Katarina Rakic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Ivana Nikolic, Dr Vladimir Orlic, Dalibor Radicevic, Ognjen Pantovic, Jasmina Karanac, Olivera Pesic, Goran Kovacevic, Dr Danijela Stojadinovic and Snezana Petrovic.
