The Committee members found the Bill on Insurance, Bill on Payment Services, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Protection of Financial Service Consumers, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Foreign Exchange Transactions and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism, submitted by the National Bank of Serbia, compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee also found the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Enforcement and Security, submitted by a group of 131 MPs, compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
