56th Sitting of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications
At the sitting held on 29 January, the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications considered the bills on the agenda of the 20th Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 11th Legislature in detail.
The Government and the Committee accepted six of the 63 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Planning and Construction, rejecting the rest.
The Government and the Committee also accepted four of the 17 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Navigation and Ports on Inland Waterways, rejecting the rest.
Of the 12 amendments submitted to the Bill on Hydrographic Activities, the Government and the Committee accepted one rejecting the remaining 11.
The Government and the Committee accepted one of the 16 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Air Transport Law, rejecting the rest.
Of the 17 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Road Transport of Passengers, submitted by MP Katarina Rakic, the Government and the Committee accepted six rejecting the remaining 11.
The Government and the Committee accepted none of the four amendments submitted to the Bill amending the Law on Special Conditions for Realization of Project Housing Construction for Members of the Security Forces.
The Government and the Committee accepted five of the 58 amendments submitted to Bill on Special Procedures for the Implementation of the Project of Construction and Reconstruction of Line Infrastructure Facilities of Special Importance for the Republic of Serbia, rejecting the rest.
Of the 34 amendments submitted to the Bill on Register of Spatial Units and Address Register, the Government and the Committee accepted one rejecting the rest.
Of the 15 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Conversion of Right of Use into Ownership of Construction Land with a Fee, the Government and the Committee accepted one rejecting the rest.
Proposal of the Decision on Revocation of Status of Asset in Public Use in Part of Railway Infrastructure, submitted by the Government;
The sitting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Katarina Rakic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dr Vladimir Orlic, Dalibor Radicevic, Ivana Nikolic, Ognjen Pantovic, Jasmina Karanac, Olivera Pesic, Goran Kovacevic and Dragan Jovanovic.
