47th Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government
At the sitting held on 11 December, the members of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government considered the Proposal of the Decision on the election of judges to judicial office for the first time, submitted by the High Judicial Council. The Committee members decided to propose that the National Assembly accept the Decision Proposal.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Petar Petrovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Aleksandra Majkic, Sreto Peric, Slavisa Bulatovic, Doc. Dr Mihailo Jokic, Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, Nedjo Jovanovic, Miletic Mihajlovic, Srbislav Filipovic, Djordje Komlenski and Marko Parezanovic.
