46th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 28 October, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the amendments submitted to three of the bills on the agenda for the Sixth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2014.
The Committee also ascertained that the four amendments submitted to the Bill amending the Law on Public Prosecution, submitted by a group of 199 MPs, complied with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee members went on to consider the amendments submitted to the Bill amending the Law on Building Legalisation, submitted by a group of 127 MPs, and found two to be compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia, while the amendment to article 2 was found not to be compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
