45th Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government
At the sitting held on 2 July, the members of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government accepted the proposal of Committee Member Vladimir Djukanovic to discuss item 4 on the agenda – Proposal for the election of Anti-Corruption Agency Board member, submitted by the Ombudsman and the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, at one of the upcoming sittings.
By majority vote, the Committee members also adopted the Conclusion Proposal on the reviewed Report on the implementation of the Law on Free Access to Information of Public Importance and the Law on Personal Data Protection in 2014.
Under item any other business the Committee accepted the Committee Chairman’s proposal to send a memo to the representatives of journalists’ associations asking them to, within 30 days, submit nominations for the election of Anti-Corruption Agency Board member.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Petar Petrovic.
