The Committee members ruled to propose that the National Assembly accept, in principle, the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Court Fees, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Civil Servants, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Salaries of Civil Servants and General Service Employees, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Employees in Autonomous Provinces and Local Self-Government Units, Bill amending the Law on Salaries of Civil Servants and General Service Employees in the Bodies of Autonomous Provinces and Local Self-Government Units, Bill amending the Law on the Manner of Determining the Maximum Number of Public Sector Employees, Bill amending the Law on Public Service Employees, Bill amending the Law on Salary System in Public Sector, Bill amending the Law on Salaries of Employees of Public Agencies and Other Organizations founded by the Republic of Serbia, Autonomous Province or Local Self-Government Unit and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Inspections, submitted by the Government.

The Committee members decided to propose that the National Assembly accept the Proposal of the Decision on the election of court presidents and the Proposal of the Decision on the election of judges to judicial office for the first time, submitted by the High Judicial Council.

The Committee members also decided to propose that the National Assembly accept the Proposal of the Decision on the election of Deputy Public Prosecutor, submitted by the State Prosecutorial Council.
