43rd Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government
At the sitting held on 23 November, the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government formulated the Proposal of the Decision on the termination of office of President of the Supreme Court of Cassation Dragomir Milojevic due to the expiry of his term of office.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Petar Petrovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Doc. Dr Mihailo Jokic, Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, Aleksandra Majkic, Miletic Mihajlovic, Srbislav Filipovic, Djordje Komlenski, Zarko Micin, Dragan Veljkovic and Marko Parezanovic.
