40th Sitting of the European Integration Committee
At the sitting held on 27 July, the European Integration Committee discussed and, by majority vote, adopted the Bill amending and modifying the Public Procurement Law and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Deadlines for Settlement of Pecuniary Liabilities in Commercial Transactions, submitted by the Government, in principle.
The Committee then proceeded to discuss and adopt the Bill on Road Transport of Goods and Bill on Road Transport of Passengers, submitted by the Government, in principle.
The bills were elaborated by representatives of the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure.
The Committee decided that Committee Chairman Aleksandar Senic should take part in the interparliamentary conference on “Public Media Services and the Parliaments”, 24 and 25 September 2015 in Zagreb. The conference is organised by the European Parliament as part of its support programme for the parliaments of the Western Balkans and Turkey.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Aleksandar Senic.
