40th Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government

At the sitting held on 7 May, the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government discussed the Bill on the Protection of the Right to Trial within a Reasonable Time and the Bill amending the Law on Judges, in detail.


Out of the 97 amendments submitted to the Bill on the Protection of the Right to Trial within a Reasonable Time, the Government and the Committee accepted nine.
The Government and the Committee accepted none of the seven amendments submitted to the Bill amending the Law on Judges.

The sitting was chaired by Petar Petrovic, Committee Chairman.
