38th session of the Legislative Committee
The thirty-eighth session of the Legislative Committee was held on 30 September 2004, and was chaired by the Committee’s chairman, Milos Aligrudic.

The Committee discussed requests made by the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Serbia for information relating to proceedings to assess whether certain provisions of the Companies Act, the Criminal Proceedings Act, the Act on Salaries in State Bodies and Public Services, the Local Self-government Act, the Local Elections Act, the Act on Pension and Disability Insurance and the Act on Tax Proceedings and Tax Administration were in accord with the Constitution and other legislation.
The Committee decided to reply to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Serbia with information on all points from the agenda.
