32nd Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 9 September, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Civil Servants and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on State Administration.
The Committee members found the two amendments submitted by the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Civil Servants compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee members also found the amendment submitted by the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on State Administration compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
