31st Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government

At the sitting held on 21 January, the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government discussed the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Public Notary Service, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Real Estate Trade, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Extra-Judicial Proceedings, Bill amending and modifying the Family Law and the Bill amending and modifying the Inheritance Law, in detail.

Out of the 10 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Public Notary Service, the Government and the Committee accepted two, to articles 7 and 9 of the Bill. The Government also accepted the amendment to Article 5 of the Bill, which the Committee rejected. The Committee submitted two amendments of its own to Article 82 of the Bill.
Out of the seven amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Real Estate Trade, the Government and the Committee accepted two identical amendments submitted to Article 7 of the Bill. The Committee also submitted an amendment of its own to Article 6 of the Bill.
The Government and the Committee accepted the two amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Extra-Judicial Proceedings.
The Government and the Committee decided to accept both amendments the MPs had submitted to the, Bill amending and modifying the Family Law.
The Government and the Committee also accepted the two amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Inheritance Law.

The sitting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Justice.

The sitting was chaired by Petar Petrovic, Committee Chairman.
