30th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 8 November, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the Decision of the Republic Electoral Commission of 7 November 2014 on the allocation of an MP’s term of office for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Assembly.


The Committee established that, from the ALEKSANDAR VUCIC – FUTURE WE BELIEVE IN (Serbian Progressive Party, Social Democratic Party of Serbia, New Serbia, Serbian Renewal Movement, Socialist Movement) Electoral List, an MP’s term of office had been allocated to Ana Filipovic and unanimously decided to propose that the National Assembly note the verification of the new MP’s term of office.

The sitting was chaired by Zoran Babic, Committee Chairman.
