29th Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government

At the sitting held on 15 December, the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government reviewed the Proposal of the Decision on the election of Deputy Public Prosecutor submitted by the State Prosecutorial Council.

The Decision Proposal was presented by Sandra Kulezic and Tatjana Lagumdzija, elective members of the State Prosecutorial Council.

Following a brief debate the Committee decided to propose that the National Assembly accept the Proposal of the Decision on the election of Deputy Public Prosecutor at the First Basic Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade, Second Basic Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade, Third Basic Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade, Basic Prosecutor’s Office in Mladenovac, Obrenovac, Pancevo, Velika Plana, Valjevo, Smederevo, Novi Sad, Zrenjanin, Sremska Mitrovica, Becej, Sabac, Subotica, Sombor, Stara Pazova, Krusevac, Kraljevo, Arandjelovac, Despotovac, Pozega, Pozarevac, Novi Pazar, Nis, Bor, Vladicin Han, Lebane, Leskovac, Pirot and Aleksinac.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Petar Petrovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Aleksandra Majkic, Slavisa Bulatovic, Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, Jovan Palalic, Miletic Mihajlovic, Djordje Komlenski, Zoltan Pek, Zarko Micin, Tanja Damnjanovic Tomasevic, Dusan Pavlovic and Marko Parezanovic.
