29th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 5 November, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the resignation tendered to the post of MP by Bojan Ziric and decided to propose that the National Assembly note the termination of the abovementioned MP’s term of office before the expiry of the term he was elected for.
The Committee also passed a Decision on the adjustment of the base for the calculation and payment of salaries for the President of the Republic, MPs and appointed persons in the Support Service of the President of the Republic and the National Assembly Support Service to the Law on temporary regulation of salary i.e. wages and other steady income calculation and payment bases of public fund users.
