27th session of the Legislative Committee
At its session held on 24 May, the Legislative Committee discussed and endorsed in principle the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on Criminal Proceedings, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
At its session held on 24 May, the Legislative Committee discussed and endorsed in principle the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on Criminal Proceedings, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee did not endorse the Bill Repealing the Planning and Construction Act, submitted by the Serbian Radical Party Deputies’ Group.
The Committee discussed and endorsed the Bill Repealing the Act on Human Rights Abuses and the Bill Repealing the Act on the Taxes on the Use, Possession and Carrying of Goods, submitted by the Serbian Radical Party Deputies’ Group.
The Committee’s session was chaired by the chairman, Milos Aligrudic.
