25th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 3 October, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the Decision of the Republic Electoral Commission on the allocation of an MP’s term of office for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Assembly.
The Committee established that MPs’ terms of office had been allocated to Branka Jankovic, Dragan Polovina and Goran Mladenovic from the ALEKSANDAR VUCIC – FUTURE WE BELIEVE IN (Serbian Progressive Party, Social Democratic Party of Serbia, New Serbia, Serbian Renewal Movement, Socialist Movement) Electoral List.
The Committee members unanimously decided to propose that the National Assembly should note the verification of the new MPs’ terms of office.
