23rd session of the Legislative Committee
On 11 May, the Legislative Committee discussed amendments submitted to Bills on the agenda of the Eleventh Session of the First Regular Sitting of the National Assembly.
On 11 May, the Legislative Committee discussed amendments submitted to Bills on the agenda of the Eleventh Session of the First Regular Sitting of the National Assembly.
The Committee discussed three amendments submitted to the Bill Amending and Modifying the Excise Act, eight amendments submitted to the Bill Amending and Modifying the Tax Procedure and Tax Administration Act, three amendments submitted to the Bill Amending and Modifying the Misdemeanours Act, and one amendment each submitted to the Bill Amending and Modifying the Public Purchases Act and the Corporation Registration Bill.
The Committee is of the opinion that all amendments discussed are legally possible.
