21st session of the Legislative Committee
At the session held on 4 May, members of the Legislative Committee proposed that the National Assembly should hold a joint debate on the Bill on the National Corporation for Housing Credit Insurance, the Insurance Bill, and the Bills Amending the Act on the National Bank of Serbia, the Act on the Securities and Other Financial Instruments Market and the Public Purchases Act, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
At the session held on 4 May, members of the Legislative Committee proposed that the National Assembly should hold a joint debate on the Bill on the National Corporation for Housing Credit Insurance, the Insurance Bill, and the Bills Amending the Act on the National Bank of Serbia, the Act on the Securities and Other Financial Instruments Market and the Public Purchases Act, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
It was also proposed that a joint debate should be held on the Bills Amending and Modifying the Excise Act and the Tax Procedure and Tax Administration Act, as well as on the Corporation Registration Bill and the Commercial Registries Agency Bill.
The Legislative Committee ruled that all amendments submitted to the Insurance Bill were legally possible.
The session was attended by Vesna Arsic, Deputy Minister of Finance, who informed members of the Committee on behalf of the Government of Serbia on the new Bills and proposed amendments and modifications to existing legislation.
