21st Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 17 July, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Labour Law and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Pension and Disability Insurance.
170 amendments had been submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Labour Law. The Committee rejected two of the amendments as incomplete, ascertained that 14 of the amendments did not comply with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia, and found the remaining 154 amendments compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee found all 13 of the amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Pension and Disability Insurance compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
