18th session of the Gender Equality Committee

At its eighteenth session, held on 12 September, the Gender Equality Committee discussed the Criminal Code Bill, proposed by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.


At its eighteenth session, held on 12 September, the Gender Equality Committee discussed the Criminal Code Bill, proposed by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee drafted six amendments to be submitted to the National Assembly.

The session also saw discussion on the Act on the Election of Deputies and the necessity of amending it to ensure greater institutional representation of the under-represented gender.
