The Committee members reviewed and found the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Environmental Protection, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Nature Conservation, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Waste Management, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Livestock, Bill on the Confirmation of the Amendments to the Convention on Environmental Impact Assessment in a Transboundary Context and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Amendments and Modifications to the Convention on the Physical Protection of Nuclear Material to be compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, and attended by Committee members Tanja Tomasevic Damnjanovic, Balint Pasztor, Prof. Dr Zarko Obradovic, Svetislav Vukmirica, Zarko Micin, Nedjo Jovanovic, Prof. Dr Vesna Besarovic, Branka Jankovic and Petar Petrovic.
