16th session of the Legislative Committee
At the session held on 13 April, members of the Legislative Committee of the National Assembly discussed amendments submitted to the Bill on the Settling of Obligations of the Republic of Serbia Arising from the Loan for Economic Development, the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on the Guarantee Fund, the Bill Amending and Modifying the Excise Bill, and the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on the Tax on the Use, Possession and Carrying of Goods, to which most amendments had been submitted.
At the session held on 13 April, members of the Legislative Committee of the National Assembly discussed amendments submitted to the Bill on the Settling of Obligations of the Republic of Serbia Arising from the Loan for Economic Development, the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on the Guarantee Fund, the Bill Amending and Modifying the Excise Bill, and the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on the Tax on the Use, Possession and Carrying of Goods, to which most amendments had been submitted.
All amendments were unanimously declared legally possible.
Amendments to Bills Amending and Modifying the Financial Transaction Act and the Payment Operations Act have still not been forwarded to the Legislative Committee.
