16th session of the Administrative Committee
At its session held on 23 March, the Administrative Committee adopted the Proposal of the Decision on the Remuneration of Deputies of the Previous Convocation in accordance with Ruling IV No.
At its session held on 23 March, the Administrative Committee adopted the Proposal of the Decision on the Remuneration of Deputies of the Previous Convocation in accordance with Ruling IV No. 358/03 of the Constitutional Court.
The Committee also discussed a request submitted by the Court Administration Council to decide on remuneration for members of the Council, and resolved that it was not competent to pass decisions on the issue.
The Committee neither discussed the Budget Proposal at the session, nor submitted a report to the appropriate Committee.
The session was chaired by Tomislav Nikolic, chairman of the Committee.
