15th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 27 June, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the Decision of the Republic Electoral Commission on the allocation of an MP’s term of office for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Assembly.

The Committee established that an MP’s term of office had been allocated to Dusan Jankovic from the ALEKSANDAR VUCIC – FUTURE WE BELIEVE IN (Serbian Progressive Party, Social Democratic Party of Serbia, New Serbia, Serbian Renewal Movement, Socialist Movement) Electoral List, and proposed that the National Assembly should note the verification of the new MP’s term of office.

The sitting was chaired by Zoran Babic, Committee Chairman.
