14th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At a short sitting held on 12 June, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the three amendments submitted to the Bill on Consumer Protection by the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy. The Committee found the amendments compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee members also deliberated on the amendment, with modification, submitted by the MPs to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Electronic Communications. They found it compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
