13th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 12 June, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the amendments submitted to the bills on the agenda for the Second Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2014.
The Committee members deliberated on the nine amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Electronic Communications and found them compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee members also found the two amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Postal Services compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia, as well as the seven amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Travel Documents.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
