134th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 25 September, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the four bills on the agenda for the 17th Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2015.


The Committee members found the Bill amending and modifying the Value Added Tax Law, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Republic Administrative Fees, Bill amending the Mortgage Law, and the Bill on the Confirmation of the LD 1764 (2012) Framework Loan Agreement between the Council of Europe Development Bank and the Republic of Serbia, submitted by the Government, compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

In addition to the Committee members, the sitting was also attended by representatives of the Ministry of Finance.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
