131st Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 27 July 2015, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the bills on the agenda for the 16th Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2015:
1. Bill on Special Conditions of Sale of Certain Real Estate Owned by the Republic of Serbia,
2. Bill on Payment Transactions of Legal Entities, Entrepreneurs and Physical Entities Not Engaged in Activity,
3. Bill amending and modifying the Public Procurement Law,
4. Bill amending and modifying the Public Debt Law,
5. Bill amending and modifying the Law on Deadlines for Settlement of Pecuniary Liabilities in Commercial Transactions,
6. Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement amending and modifying the Financial Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the European Investment Bank for Project Clinical Centres/A,
7. Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement amending and modifying the Financial Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the European Investment Bank for Project Clinical Centres/B,
8. Bill on Manner of Determining the Maximum Number of Public Sector Employees,
9. Bill on Register of Persons Employed, Elected, Nominated, Appointed and Hired with Public Funds Beneficiaries,
10. Bill on Road Transport of Goods,
11. Bill on Road Transport of Passengers,
12. Bill on Textbooks,
13. Bill amending the Law on Higher Education,
14. Bill amending the Law on the Basis of the System of Education and Upbringing.
The Committee members found all 14 of the bills compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
In addition to the Committee members, the sitting was also attended by representatives of the Ministry of Education Science and Technological Development, Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure and the Ministry of Finance.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
