12th session of the Committee on Trade and Tourism
At its twelfth session, held on 29 August, the Committee on Trade and Tourism discussed and in principle endorsed the Competition Protection Bill, the Advertising Bill, the Consumer Protection Bill and the Prices Bill, all proposed by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.

The Bills were presented by Bojan Dimitrijevic, Minister of Trade, Tourism and Services.
The Committee and the Government of the Republic of Serbia endorsed fourteen amendments submitted to the Competition Protection Bill and eleven amendments submitted to the Advertising Bill, thereby making such amendments integral parts of the Bills. The remaining amendments submitted to Bills discussed at this session failed to receive Committee endorsement.
Another four amendments to the Advertising Bill were formulated at the session; these are to be submitted to the National Assembly for discussion.
