12th session of the Administrative Committee
At its session held on 3 March, the Administrative Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, chaired by Tomislav Nikolic, decided on the Proposal of the Decision Modifying the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia.
At its session held on 3 March, the Administrative Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, chaired by Tomislav Nikolic, decided on the Proposal of the Decision Modifying the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia.
The modifications adopted had been submitted in accordance with a Decision of the Constitutional Court of Serbia, which had ruled that several items from the Rules of Procedure were not in conformity with the Constitution.
It was also decided that the National Assembly should, on Voting Day, discuss complaints lodged for alleged infringements of the Rules of Procedure.
