12th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 18 June, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the resignation tendered to the post of MP by Sanja Tucakovic and decided to propose that the National Assembly note the termination of the abovementioned MP’s term of office.
The Committee members went on to review and give positive opinions to MP Novica Toncev regarding his request to assume another public office and to MP Milan Novakovic concerning his request to assume other offices.
The Committee members also decided to fine MP Zoran Zivkovic for the reprimand issued to him to maintain the order at the Fourth Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2014.
The sitting was chaired by Zoran Babic, Committee Chairman.
