129th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 23 July, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the 77 amendments submitted to Bill on Investigation of Air, Rail and Water Traffic Accidents.
The Committee also found that the amendments to Article 6 of the Bill, jointly submitted by MPs Aleksandar Senic, Dr Ninoslav Stojadinovic, Slobodan Homen, Biljana Hasanovic Korac and Dr Blagoje Bradic, and Prof. Dr Vladimir Pavicevic and Zoran Zivkovic, did not comply with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
