126th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At a brief sitting held on 15 July, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on amendments submitted to the Bill on Conversion of Rights of Use into Property Right of Building Land with Compensation.
The Committee found the amendments submitted by the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications to Article 7, paragraph 4, and Article 17, paragraph 2 of the Bill, compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee also found the correction to the amendment to Article 16 of the Bill, submitted by MP Dragan Jovanovic, compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
