124th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 13 July, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the Bill on Conversion of Rights of Use into Property Right of Building Land with Compensation, Bill modifying the Law on Flood Damage Repair in the Republic of Serbia and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Police, submitted by the Government.
The Committee members unanimously found the Bill modifying the Law on Flood Damage Repair in the Republic of Serbia and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Police compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was attended by Milorad Todorovic, State Secretary at the Ministry of Interior, and Djordje Milic and Darinka Djuran on the behalf of the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
